SHADING AND TEXTURING

TEXTURING PREPARATION

Everything must be UV mapped before we texture it. Modelers are primarily responsible in the pipeline to UV map. Keep the Texture Artist in mind. Use UV Layout or Zbrush to do this quickly and effectively. If you don't know how to UV map, it's a beast, but you should learn how. It's kind of like playing a super hard video game and beating it first before you resolve to the cheat codes... ;)
